The interview process is fast and simple. firstly the recruiter do phone interview followed by final interview by hiring manager. There was a role play activity as agent servicing the customer.

Asked a fee generic questions such as “Tell me about a time you had to deal with a dispute/difficult customer”, “Tell me about a time you exceeded expectations”. Then the interviewer just asked about my experience.

The entire process was smooth, and the interview was conducted virtually. A few days after the interview, an offer was presented. The interview lasted for fort-five minutes to about an hour.
