Phone interview followed by in person interview. Management were kind and respectful. Process took about a month in total. Notification of hiring was within 1-2 weeks. Mangement asked many questions regarding gathering business, how to deliver client experience and how I am going to contribute to the team. highly recommend preparing a 30-60-90 plan is management is looking for a organized & prepared individual to enter a sales role.
Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej
Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
