Ok, but not clear about the expectations of the role/position to the candidate. The role was cancelled or replaced during the hiring process (2nd time it happened to me). The feeling is that they create positions/roles in order to assess the market only, and once this study is done, they inform that the position was cancelled or replaced internally. Unprofessional to my point of view. The technical interview was ok, with questions related to the experience of the candidate, and some behavioral questions about the ideal workplace the candidate wishes to work on. Feedback usually takes a while (one-two weeks), for some people this may be too long.
