The interview process was smooth. I just feel like they work at a VERY VERY VERY slow pace.. Here is my timeline 12/07 - Applied for the position 12/22 - Phone screen with the recruiter 12/28 - Interviewed with the hiring manager 01/06 - Followed up with the recruiter regarding decision where I was advised no decision has been made as yet. Today is 01/19 and I haven't heard anything yet. Not a no not a yes... **Update** I followed up again on 1/25 and was advised no decision has been made. On 01/27 I received an email stating they are looking at other candidates for this role and I can continue to review their career page. No explanation as to why I wasn't selected. Now I know companies don't owe me that however a good recruiter would provide some feedback.
