It was a group interview. They divided us into groups and had sections. One section was a skills portion where they want to see how you would handle conflict between a parent and patient. Another section was a assessment where they quizzed your knowledge. The actual interview was set up in a "speed dating" way where you met with hiring staff from different units.
Stressful but thorough and they ask a lot of conflict questions like when was the time such questions and with coworkers how you solve the problems. And also they had more than two people to interview you only
