Transparent and fast process. Everyone followed up very fast and got back to me with less than 3 days. First was a phone screen interview and it's just basic questions to get to know you. Then they called me the next day to schedule a zoom meeting with 2 directors, they asked more about my background and experience. After that, I was contacted the same day to schedule a 2nd zoom interview with 2 managers, they asked more about behavioral questions and how I manage stress. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. At the end of every interview, I was able to ask tons of questions and they were all happy to answer. They really want to know how you handle being busy and how you manage stress. They make sure to reassure that they are there to help even though it's a fast paced environment.

I was first emailed by a CHG recruiter to schedule a phone screening interview. This is where the recruiter gets a feel for who you are and if you would make a good fit for the company. If you move forward after the screening, you will be scheduled for a Zoom interview with a few people from the team you will be working with. Be ready to answer questions using the STAR method.
