First part was a phone interview about expectations and experience. The second part was a technical challenge that was live coded. It was a fun little challenge and gave an engaging, yet relaxed way to interact with the team and code. The 3rd and last part was an on-site with the team. They asked questions and got to know me and we discussed different things and processes. Overall the interview process was very succinct and was only 3 hours spread out over a month and a half. The interview process was so short and spread out that I don't feel like they got to know me or understand my talents/skills/etc.
