Started with a phone interview with a regional manager to gauge interest and to see if you have the basics down to move forward. Take a online knowledge assessment. The test is intentionally vague to prevent or discourage you from googling every question. If you score well enough you go to a plant and do an in person or virtual practical exam with problems and solutions. A general personality interview with management to see if you fit the team and then an offer if they like you well enough. Pay offer is based on test scores.
