The interviewer gave a detailed and friendly induction about the department and hospital, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Interview was pretty straightforward, focused on family-centred care, managing difficult patients and overall different scenarios rather than technical questions. There were some questions about the CNO that I didn't expect but otherwise reasonable.

Pediatric Surgery knowledge test 40min
Interview with unit manager and HR rep, approximately 40-50 minutes over Zoom
Immediate offer given at the end of the interview and discussed temporary license process and when offer letter will be emailed
