I have read from past experiences of others and I didnt believe that a company would be so unprofessional but unfortunately the bad reviews are true. I have applied through an external recruiter (I was approached). The initial process was normal. First a phone interview with team lead. The questions were about experiences, knowledge of basic java, oop and testing. Then I was invited for a whole day with the team. On the testing day, they give you an assignment which consists of backend and frontend tasks. I have applied only for backend, anyway I did also the frontend tasks. After a fullday of assignment (10:00-17:00 and lunch in between with the team) the assignment was reviewed together with the team lead for only 5 minutes. Then I had one more interview with product owner. I was told my task was very good (I did everything correct and clear/structured). Then I have left. I was told I will receive an answer in 2 weeks. After 4 weeks, I havent received any answers, Later I have learned from the recruiter that they decided not to make an offer. Such a pity that a candidate spends effort for this and doesnt even get a response in the end. No value for candidates they do not offer positions. If someone tooks a day off and comes to do 1-day of assesment, he would normally expect the same respect level.
