The interview process started with submitting my resume and portfolio through their website. I was contacted via email by the Creative Director to setup a 30 minute call to see if I was a match for the role. Overall, the conversation was engaging and we discussed design process, project types and clients, and what they were looking for in the designer. They ask excellent questions that get to the heart of who you are as a designer, so be prepared with answers to a range of process, design, and situational questions. The phone call interview was then followed up with two in-person interviews. Both interviews I met with different individuals, but the second interview was with a larger group and we discussed my portfolio, skills, and the specific role in more detail. Ultimately, I accepted a position.
