First round interview was brief and conversational. The interviewer explained much about the company with less emphasis on asking typical interview questions. Overall, it was easier than expected and candid instead of rigid and formal.

I spoke with a recruiter at a campus career fair and landed an interview for the following day. The recruiter was incredibly approachable and informative and also relaxed. It felt more like a casual conversation instead of having an intimidating big-shot trying to scare me away. I interviewed with the same person the following day and the atmosphere carried over. He was able to answer any and all of my questions and related his personal experiences to mine.
