I was fast-tracked through to the assessment centre stage.
The assessment day was broken down into two parts morning session and an afternoon session.
In the morning session, we had a presentation from our Early Careers Team, a small virtual group exercise, and an individual timed exercise.
The afternoon session was a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager.
The morning session went well, however, for the 1:1 interview, the hiring manager was few minutes late and did not seem interested.
