Entrevista
A phone screening with an HR person, basically walking through my resume, followed up with an interview with a senior manager. We chatted generally about my experience, and I had the chance to expand on some of the items on my resume. I think it was mostly a matter of seeing how my personality would fit their team. I had been recommended by a former manager, and frankly it was a pretty painless process.

The interview process was a really positive experience. The interviewers were approachable, the process was transparent, and the conversations felt genuine. I felt comfortable throughout and appreciated the way the team engaged with me.
First round was a behavioral interview after meeting the recruiter at a career fair at my school. Second round was at the headquarters in Fairfax. I would coordinate with the recruiter throughout the day, but the interviews were with current employees. All the interviews were behavioral, but they asked about technical experience as wel.
