Technical and customer service aspects.
Generally they give you a scenario where something is not working properly and you need to investigate the source of the issue. Most of the time the questions you need to ask are basics questions and if you do know a bit more you can add why you chose to ask particular questions. It's not hard to pass this stage.the second one is more like how would you deal with difficult situations.

on site interview with two managers. very brief interview discussing background. straight forward questions. managers were very friendly and eager to cut to the chase regarding the position. interview took a total of thirty minutes before wrapping up and informing me that I would be a good fit for the position.

Entrevista
I applied through campus recruiting. Had one basic interview on campus and then an interview with the manager in Columbia. Basic questions about working as a team. Ran through my resume, asked about prior experience. Unix experience is good to have. I hadn't worked with the remedy ticketing system before, but it wasn't an issue. They like you to be flexible with your schedule.
