The interview process was carried out in an organized and efficient manner. From the beginning, there was a clear structure and flow to the process, which helped ensure that both the interviewer and interviewee remained on track. The interview began with an introduction, where the purpose and agenda were outlined. This helped set expectations and made the interviewee feel more at ease.
