Panel interview with team leads. Just to gauge if you will fit in their team. total of 4 team leads interviewed me but my expected salary was out of their budget so they referred me to another team lead in contact center that had a higher budget

I had an online interview that I had to remind them about because the recruiter didn't show up. After the interview, the recruiter said he would get back to me, but I never heard from him or anyone else again. I'd have expected at least an email saying I hadn't made it to the next round or something.
