My CV was forwarded to HR through a internal reference. Got a call from HR. The interview was arranged based on internal requirement of HCM domain role. There were 2 people in the internview panel. One was HCM functional and other was Senior Manager.

The requirement was more specific to core HCM professional rather than Oracle HCM product specialist. The questions were more specific to US Legislation specific compensation and benefits rules.
