brief overview of the job. first phone interview, then in-person cursory meeting, meet some folks, talk background, nature of the job, etc. Then phone presentation of chosen topic, presenting from pre-done slides. Eventually a live presentation of topic of choice, in front of faculty, and then editing of poorly written text, to test writing skills. Then got offer, but ridiculously poor benefits (9 days pto!)
