The most complicated part of the hole process is to get a rommendation from someone in the Union. Then, you will need to go through a psychometric evaluation (mechanical, numerical, spatial, emotional stability, supervision skills) and some physical (sight, hearing, spine, mobility) and clinical tests (blood and urine samples). If you are successfull with those two stages, you should go through a 2-weeks technical assessment followed by another lasting 3 months and another 4-months long.
