First round of interview - online call with HR employee and reporting team members. All in all it was a normal interview, the only unusual part was the attitude of the employees. The HR was fine, but the team members were acting unprofessional compared to interviews I had at other companies. Nobody was insulting or anything like that, it just seemed they were not interested in me from the beginning and had no intention to listen to my answers (they asked me about thing that I had already mentioned in a manner my grandparents ask me "so what do you actually even do?", There may have been some unclarity on my part as well, but that happens to people and most professionals can handle that without making the interview awkward. I was not chosen, but after the experience I had no intention to accept even if they asked me to come for the second round. I cannot say, if this is a comapny wide issues, but please be prepared just in case you might be in for a surprise like me.
