Received a call after applying for the position a few months back, was asked to come in for an interview. Was interviewed by 2 people. pretty general questions asked, reviewed resume and asked about employment history. Educated that hiring process was to take about 3 weeks.

Informal questions about work history and skills. There are some scenarios that anyone in customer service can answer. You will be asked about your computer skills. It will involve your potential manager and the station manager.

Was interviewed by 2 managers at the same time. Easy going interview, asked basic questions like what are your experiences, why should we hire you. Took a tour of the facility then was told I would hear back within a few days after considering all applicants.
