Very easy going manager. He just asked about my job experience and some questions about how to handle the upset customers. How would I react if someone treats me wrong.
Informal questions about work history and skills. There are some scenarios that anyone in customer service can answer. You will be asked about your computer skills. It will involve your potential manager and the station manager.

Was interviewed by 2 managers at the same time. Easy going interview, asked basic questions like what are your experiences, why should we hire you. Took a tour of the facility then was told I would hear back within a few days after considering all applicants.
