You come in for Experience Cerner Day and there are about 30 others from across the country, so it's a bit intimidating. Someone comes to get you in the lobby and brings you all into the main room you spend the day in. All the Cerner staff are SUPER friendly and laid back. They talk about the position for an hour, then you go upstairs for the interviews individually. Interview questions range from easy to difficult. Interviewers are very easy to talk to though, if you don't understand a question they will rephrase it. Once the back to back 30 min interviews and speech are done, you go back to the main room then head out on a tour of the campus. It was very nicely organized.
