Several virtual interviews with Leadership including CEO and President. After the virtual meetings you will come onsite for 4-5 in person interviews. They relate everything back to their staffing business and believe that that process works the same in all areas of IT. You then have to get a background check and meet with their legal for final to get an offer. They have a very limiting non complete agreement that is not even enforceable. You can negoiate the terms of the agreement with the legal department.

They ask why you are looking to leave, They ask a lot of questions about your experience. Once they want to extend an offer they make a strong pitch but don't deliver on the promises made. The CEO is very educated and will only hire people with college degrees. This is very important to him.
