The interview process was mainly on what I can contribute to the CEFA development in Tanzania, rather than asking me competences for specific project. They were clearly looking for low payment people to start a bunch of new projects abroad. Plus, they asked me if I was engaged, and this make me very uncomfortable, and it's also a forbidden question by law.
