I applied for the position in late July 2024. I received an initial phone screening 3 weeks later asking if I were still interested in the position. I scheduled a Teams meeting interview for late September. They asked me the typical behavioral questions. Once the interview was over, they told me they would let me know a decision in 2 weeks. I never heard back from them despite reaching out in regards to an update. Fast forward to early November I see they reposted the job. I applied again and got a calendar invite to schedule a Zoom interview for mid- December. The date comes around and I am unable to access the Zoom link. When I reached out to the manager at CEDA, they told me that recruiter was no longer working there and that I was not selected for both times I applied. It was honestly a waste of time and at the time of writing this that job posting is still active. Very unprofessional personnel and does not value a candidate's time.
