Starts with Hirevue interview answering pre-recorded questions online, then had phone interview with HR and manager. The process itself was smooth and the questions straightforward "tell me about a time..," behavioral questions. However, when my turn came to ask questions I was disappointed that some of the answers I got were fairly weak. I'm currently waiting to hear back but this is the main thing that has me on the fence. Using an asynchronous online interviewing platform has positives and negatives but since those platforms don't allow a candidate to ask any questions (or get feedback) it's particularly important that recruiters are prepared to give answers in one on one interviews.
