After submitting my resume for the position, I received an automatic email stating that if my resume matched to what the position was looking for, I would receive a call back. I received a call from a recruiter from CDW, and they allowed me to ask questions about the company and position that was open. The recruiter presented my resume to the hiring manager, and I then received an email stating that they wanted me to interview with the hiring manager and after interviewing with him, I was given an excel test. After they received the results of my test, I was scheduled to interview with several of the Directors that I would possibly be reporting to.

There are a bunch of steps in this interview process, some of them redundant (you'll be asked a lot of the same questions at each step) and you also won't talk to anyone for the first 2-3 weeks, a recruiter will just email you homework like "complete this recorded video interview" or "return this excel knowledge check asap." Also you will have to push for compensation information. Overall this was not a difficult interview process, however it will test your patience.
