The interview process with CDW is nothing short of overkill. There were nine interviews. With nine different individuals. One day was 3 hours worth of interviews. Not many qualified candidates have time to go to nine different interviews. Also, if you have to travel out of town please ensure you have them pay for all travel expenses up front and do not wait for them to reimburse you back. Their policy is to pay back within 8-10 business weeks but I can assure you that is not the case. After 4 months and roughly 15-20 emails reimbursement charges still have not been paid back. Thankfully they were not a substantial amount however what's owed still needs to be paid.
