The process took a long time from the date I applied to when the interview took place. The interview questions were closely related to the content of the position. No questions particularly surprised me. Everything was very straight-forward. However, I did quite a bit of interview prep prior to the interview.

Phone interview quickly after applying, then long silence until offer for in person interview with accompanying data analysis assignment, then another long silence and presumably no response after more than a month. Technical questions and knowledge expected for unpaid position.

Analyze large excel data sheet and give presentation to hiring manager in-person, before interview. Never got back afterwards, despite positive feedback in the meeting
