It was a pretty straight forward interview with mostly personality questions.They didn't give you helpful insight as to the position, they were more focused on fitting into the culture of the office. It is an entry level position so as long as they like you, you'll get the job. The turn over rate is ridiculous so they'll hire you while planning to fire you or someone else in your division.
