I had already been offered a position with a company that used CDI as the vendor to employee contractors. I had a phone interview with CDI, we agreed to the hourly rate, I accepted the position. This was a rush /hot position, entire process took less than 3 days from interview to begining with the company. Full Disclosure: I had worked previously worked for CDI and "the company" I contracted with.
