Extensive interview process - 3 interviews - final interview included a design presentation First interview was a meet & greet with HR department and recruiter. Second interview I toured the office and met my potential supervisor. Final interview was a design presentation (that I was given a week to put together) to HR and a design director.

Complicated for no reason. I came in for 2 interviews before getting the design project, on top of that they wanted me to take an autoCAD test. Which was fine, however after completing the 2 interviews design project and being ready to present I got a phone call basically telling me I just didn't make a good "first impression". At the end of the day that is fine, I just wish they didn't waste so much of my time. I think it says something about the ethics and culture and thinking back I am happy I didn't get the job.
