There was a selection panel consisting of 4 members. They were different subject scientists. Each of them asked me a question. I was applying to the protein department and they asked me questions regarding my project in college, one or two basic conceptual/logical questions from microbiology growth curve etc.

Tell me about your project in the college, What are the different phases of growth curve. why is the curve reaching flat line and falling off. What is the wavelength at which proteins are visible
