The interview process was quite long, stressful and a bit difficult, but doable. As long as you know what you came in for, it’s doable. From all the first interview, to being assessed as groups, being chosen, doing assessments and all, to the final interview. It was all stressful and quite tiring because you really don’t know what to expect.

The interview process was quick and concise. There was screening first followed by assessments and then a final interview which I think is a good way to select the best candidates.

I was asked to introduce myself, explain why I wanted the role, and answer customer service scenario questions. The interview was straightforward and focused on communication skills, confidence, and how I would handle customers.
