I was contacted by a Recruiter via LinkedIn and had an initial screening with her. She was nice and requested an updated resume to send to the Hiring Team. I received an email from her colleague in HR to set up an interview with the Hiring Team. The interview was about 45 minutes with 2 leaders in the department. One leader was more laid back than the other. While I felt I interviewed well, I could sense the other leader (the more conservation one) wasn't feeling me necessarily. He even made a comment about my resume having no more than 3 years at all of my previous employers which was perplexing because he reviewed my resume prior and displayed interest by requesting an interview. I sent a follow up email to HR and never heard anything back. I was completed ghosted. I find that very unprofessional but they did me a favor since I had other employers interested and was offering a better work environment plus a larger base salary.
