Had a scheduled 30 minute meeting with HR. The representative was well versed in the company product and strategy. This was something that I felt was refreshing to hear about. (My experience with some HR groups have not been focused on the company but their own private HR culture.) After, I had another schedule interview with the hiring manager. The approach was fair and not a typical direct question and then you answer type meeting. The manager was direct in what experience they were looking for in my experience. Great opportunities to express my talents without feeling I was on the spot to find answers. Although I did not get the position, the feedback was constructive, respectful and fair. Great team!
