First, there was a virtual video interview. Then the Manager saw the video. I was selected to do an in-person interview. The interview was at their call center which is in South Chicago. I wasn't waiting long at reception. I was met by two men. One was a Manager and the other was a Supervisor. The interview was held in a conference room. The main guy, the Manager, was hard to read. Hindsight I would say he was uninterested in me. When I asked my questions the Supervisor, the friendlier looking one, was more courteous and answered my questions. The Manager didn't. Overall he had a cold presence. The interview took around 40 mintues.
