Not very hands on. Easy interview, easy questions. Seemed like they were desperate to hire someone - I did get hired on the spot, and the interview was mostly just chatting with the CEO. I submitted my resume and was asked to come in for an interview - was hired immediately. Overall, I was kind of unimpressed, but I needed a job, so I accepted. It was concerning how few questions they asked about my resume, etc., or any harder questions.
