It was a short, informal interview. Most of the interview we talked tech and just chatted about what's coming out. Overall it was a very straight forward process.
two round interview with corporate trainer and then area leader. Both were in store back rooms but were made to be comfortable. After that you were sent to training and required to obtain your own background check. If passed background check you proceeded with training.

Made u answer tough questions, put you on tilt alittle and if they liked you role played an interaction, I did well but I thought they did an excellent job in the interview process to set proper expectations.
