Month long process, started with a phone screen with a senior PM. Then a first round (split into two parts?) with the same senior PM and then three other team members. Then a final round with another product person. Overall, it was super unclear what was happening throughout the interview process. I didn't know how many interviews to expect, scheduling would take forever and I had to follow up constantly and the recruiter took her time to respond. I also had to follow up 2-3 times to even get a decision back... I was rejected, asked for feedback and am still waiting to hear a response 2 weeks later. Interview process was typical outdated STAR format questions. In my second half of the first round interview, there were three people in the call and they would often repeat questions that I had already answered? Bad vibes overall
