This was not well done at all. They called me to have the interview right there and then but thank god I didn't answer and emailed to have a back and forth where it seems like I'm recruiting her, roll around to the interview time....no call. Waited 15 mins and then emailed her to see that she was expecting ME to call HER? Am I the interviewer or her? To continue she was spilling negative aspects of the role too much and not really selling it. To then see they are low balling the salary for way too much work. She then inappropriately asked if I'm related to the hiring manager because we have the same surname....what nonsense is that? She told me the hiring manager will call me randomly for another interview, he never did. Glad I didn't go through because nope!

Very good. 1 call from recruiter to vet for your availability and salary. 2 met with 2 men who interviewed me over teams. 3. I got 2 job offers and did not take theirs. But… it was an excellent interview and so so so close I would have loved to work for them. To prepare… know thyself.
