A 3 staged interview. 1. Telephonic 2. Panel interview on zoom 3. HR negotiations The interview was moderate as they were only asking you on your experience and the requirements in the JD. Telephonic interview was for half an hours , where they trying to understand our profiles suits the requirement. 2. Panel interview on zoom was all about our current experience and JD requirements. 3. HR seems very un professional as they do not using proper communication channels and for sure do not respect the candidate time and efforts. In my case interview was successful and the entire process took two weeks. Post that we started salary negotiations and post agreeing on the package I am still waiting for offer letter release , it’s over 1.5 month, and HR not responding my emails, chats or calls.
