It was a tiered interview - three interviews total with one formal and two informal. I met with my direct supervisor first who went through the position with me and what they were lookin for. Then had a formal interview with my boss and the director which when through standard interview questions. Then had an informal chat with a current CSC to see if I would be a good fit with the current team.
