The first contact was just a quick call and screening by the immediate boss. Next to be set up was a remote interview with 4 people - HR, 2 people that would be peers in other sectors and immediate boss.

They were asking ambiguous questions that were difficult to convey over the phone. Like: Describe the biggest spreadsheet that you have had to deal with. Also other Excel questions like what are the shortcomings of some of the Excel Lookup functions.
