I had previously worked for the company, then left for about a year. So this interview consisted of lunch with 1 person I had worked with previously and the person that was hiring. I was asked the usual interview questions about my goals, past experiences, etc, but in a less formal setting.

Interview process took a while. Started off with phone interview then 2 in person interviews. After several weeks was hired and started. Had to complete drug test and RE exam before start date.
Interviewed with one manager and later with 2 senior managers on a different day. They were all very professional and well organized. The manager was relocating to another office and they were looking for a replacement,

It was a fast process. Very professional and friendly especially if you have experience in real estate property management. The team is eager to hire if you have experience or show lots of interest.
