I was very pleased and impressed when Linda from HR called right away asking me key questions and doing the phone screening prior to the actual interview and also she assisted with setting up the actual interview appointment. She was very helpful in answering all questions and guiding me through the process and she made me feel like part of the team from the very beginning. She forwarded all of the information and forms which I needed to complete after interview. Yolanda Smith-hiring manager, was one of the key reasons why I accepted the job because she has such a great personality and she makes you feel welcomed from the very beginning. She answered ll my questions and she even took the time to show me what the job and position was going to consist of and show me where I would be working at and these things were very important to me in making a decision. She also made me feel as part of the CBRE family from the day of the interview and this was very important to me. One always wants to work with a company who knows how to treat their employees and who makes their employees new or old feel right at home from the 1st day. I have never looked back-we are like a family.
