the interview is very easy and it takes only two steps. Phone interview then face to face. The offer process was quick and easy over the phone. Finally, the offering letter and starting date.

What do you see yourself in the next 5-10 years? How do you handle stressful environment with interruptions all the time?
It was very quick. I had just two interviews and they made a decision right away. I got the offer letter immediately and their HR called me after the 2 interviews to onboard me.

Short and easy, no preparation was needed. I think this is not a good indication, as it may indicate a high turnover or urgent needs for the position to be filled.
