      Solicitud

Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en CBRE en abr 2011

      Entrevista

Resume submitted through recruiting agency. Called and asked to travel for interview. Recruiting agency provided vague info, so did my own research into the company, but did not prepare me for the insight into the particular account I would be servicing. Resume submitted Friday by recruiting agency, called on Monday to fly up on Wednesday, completed interview and was made verbal offer by Friday of same week. Accepted verbal offer Monday the next week. Panel of 2 interview, but was more informational/discussion oriented with them discussing the position and me elaborating about skill sets that matched what they were describing. Discussed client/account, responsibilities on start up/new account. I provided demonstrated stories that illustrated with factual numbers/statistics good examples of my responsibilities that translated to the demands of this particular job and also honestly spoke to areas that would be a challenge... areas I had not yet dealt with personally. Asked a few prying questions like how would I be evaluated, what metrics used, how bonus allocated based on performance, etc. Amiable, well intentioned and enjoyable. Needless to say, grooming, dress, timing, presentability were impeccable. Copies of resume, references, etc were brought.

      Preguntas de entrevista [1]

      Pregunta 1

Not a particular question, but the resume only covered the past 10 years in detail. I had served in positions with greater technical skill and more in-depth knowledge of machinery, maintenance background, propulsion systems, etc that I felt I had to enlighten them on during the process. This happened relatively early in the interview.
